How To Brew Dancong Tea :

Simple in a cup

• 2g tea leaves
• add boiling hot water to rinse and unfurl the leaves
• add 200ml boiling hot water 
• steep for 5 minutes or more
• serving warm.
• Rebrew 3-4 times

The art of Gongfu Tea brewing - using a clay teapot or Gaiwan 

• 7g tea leaves
• adding boiling hot water to rinse and unfurl the leaves
• add 100-150ml boiling hot water
• Steep for 5 seconds
• decanting straight to serve warm 
  
•  Rebrew 7-9 times
