How To Brew:
Simple: Half pack of tea leaves 200ml boiling hot water, steep for 2-3 mins, rebrew 2-3 times
Traditional: (if you are using gaiwan or clay teapot) 7g tea leaves, 100-150ml boiling hot water, steep for 5 seconds, rebrew 6 - 8 times, Steep for extra 10 seconds each circle.
