  • The 80's Tea cannot guarantee the delivery time as it varies depending on the destination country. A tracking number will be provided once the parcel is ready to despatch and parcel can be tracked on Australia Post website or post website of the destination country.

All Parcels are shipped by Australia Post (unless otherwise advised). A tracking number
will be emailed through once the order is ready to despatch.


To keep your order safely delivered, all parcels require a signature upon delivery. If you
would like the parcel left at a safe place with no signature, you can change the delivery method on the Australia Post website or App once the tracking number is provided. This is done at your own risk and The 80s Tea cannot offer a replacement or refund if the order is missing due to your decision.


Duty and tax may be chargeable on the destination country by their customs on or after
delivery. Such costs are not included in the cost of the products or the shipping fees, and cannot be refunded. It is your decision whether to pay the duty and tax or reject and
return the parcel. However, you will be responsible for the return shipping fee if there is any incurred. Your total purchase amount will be refunded once the return parcel is received and processed by our team.


Please ensure all personal and delivery details are correct before submitting your orders. The delivery address cannot be changed once the order is processed. The 80’s Tea is not
liable for an incorrect delivery address or any missing parcel due to an incorrect delivery
address.

Combine Postage

If an order has been placed separately into more than 1 transaction and you like to
combine postage with another order, please email us at info@the80stea.com. Combined
postage will not be possible if one of the transactions has already been processed and
shipped.

 

Pre-order product

If your orders contain pre-order products, your whole order will be shipped once all the
products are in stock and ready to ship. If early delivery is required on a non-pre-order
product, please email us at info@the80stea.com. Extra shipping fees will be incurred on
the separate deliveries.
