How to Brew & Enjoy
Water Temperature: use near-boiling water around 95-98°C for optimal infusion.
Tea-to-Water Ratio:
- Traditional Gongfu Tea brewing: 5 grams of loose leaf per 100ml of water
- normal tea-pot brewing: 5 grams of loose leaf per 150ml - 200 ml of water. Water amount can be adjusted based on your preference of the strength.
Steeping Time: 5-10 seconds for the first brew
Multiple Infusions: It can be re-steeped for 4-5 times. Steep it for an additionally 5 - 10 seconds each subsequent brews. The 2nd and the 3rd round has strong full-flavour, then each subsequent brews may be lighter and more mellow.
Year of Harvest: May 2022 - The longer time from harvest, the smoother and sweeter the taste.
